iCube Service Center integrates the features of RMA, service quote, depot repair, service QC of iCube Customer1st, with optional add-ons of RTV, customer self-service and field service. It adds the point-of-sales interface for walk-in customers, consignment inventory processing for consigned parts, independent part list for the various parts which you do not want to create in the standard item table. The entire workflow is further streamlined to fit the independent service center or service contractor environment. End customers can issue service request on-line, by call in or walk in. Other type of customers can request online or submit electronically. After items are inspected, optional service quotes are provided for end-customers. Services items (labor and parts) are tracked which are the billing elements. You may enable customers to check the service status online. The system can be run standalone or integrated with ERP. To link with ERP, all transactions for inventory, sales order, purchase order and invoicing will be posted seamlessly in ERP. The part list and customer list are superset of the item and customer tables of ERP such that you can put end-customers and various part lists that you do not want to track in ERP.
