This product utilizes the best of each product to provide the highly functional human resource functionality of Sage Abra HRMS that manages all necessary HR processes and procedures including tracking of job history, pay history, and benefits history.

Additionally, the Sage Abra HR system utilizes rate tables to calculate all benefit and deduction costs that are transferred into Sage MIP’s default timesheets.


The Sage Abra HR product also fully manages the US Government Compliance and Reporting in the areas of EEO-1, EEO-4, I-9 Citizenship Verification and Vets-100. Additionally, the Sage Abra takes the hassle out of COBRA and HIPAA compliance by automating the preparation of personalized notification letters that describe coverage options and costs.


Abra HR also provides billing statements, mailing labels, and complete eligibility reports for COBRA management. It also includes the Certificate of Coverage report that shows proof of previous health insurance for HIPAA compliance.


The Sage MIP Payroll provides highly functioning automation of payroll and benefit charges to grants and programs through distribution codes that contain the hours worked by grant, department, program, or any attribute that exists within a segment of your Sage MIP Fund Accounting product.
